Where does the electricity come from?
The hotel runs a 20 kWp photovoltaic system and a 20 kWh battery storage. The wallbox charges vehicles from the solar storage first, then from the grid. In 2025 the system generated around 21,000 kWh of solar power; on paper this avoids about 6.5 tonnes of CO₂ per year (basis: German Environment Agency electricity mix 2024, minus PV life cycle).
How far is it from the wallbox to the Hannover fairground?
